Contact information must be supplied so the deposit requirement/estimated cost may be discussed.
Filing a Motion
If you need to file a motion, you must file the motion with the 14A-3 Clerk's office by USPS, in person, or by fax to (734) 475-0460. Do not file a judge’s copy.
Adjournment Policy
Requests for a two week adjournment can be made by stipulation and order for adjournment. Requests should be faxed to the 14A-3 Clerk's office, (734) 475-0460.
