Your request can be mailed to 14A-2 District Court, 415 W. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti, MI 48197, or faxed to (734) 484-6697, Attention: Court Recorder.
Filing a Motion
If you need to file a motion, you must file a copy with the 14A-2 Clerk's office in person or by fax to (734) 484-6697. You must also file an electronic copy with Colleen Turek.
Adjournment Policy
Requests for a two week adjournment can be made by stipulation and order for adjournment. Requests should be faxed to the 14A-2 Clerk's office, (734) 484-6697.
