14A District Court, Michigan

Located in Downtown Chelsea, the 14A-3 District Court presides over the Cities of Chelsea, Milan and Saline, the Townships of Bridgewater, Dexter, Freedom, Lima, Lodi, Lyndon, Manchester, Northfield, Saline, Scio, Sharon, Sylvan, Webster and York, as well as the Villages of Dexter and Manchester. 14A-3 handles Small Claims, General Civil, Landlord Tenant, and Criminal Misdemeanor cases.

The Honorable Richard E. Conlin has presided at this location since 1995.
